Newton's Kissing Number problem for 3D is that 12 balls can surround 1 ball, but there is room for a 13th ball yet the 13 ball does not fit in any of the gaps available. With quantum holes using entropy to reach the same scale you get this permanent attempt to fill the 13th slot with a froth creating fractals of all kinds. It is quite natural really, but requires scale to be easily convertible. Scale can be changed by the distance from the centre of the quantum holes. It's not a difficult subject at all, it's a stacking system of quantized space. Pincho Paxton
