Can heat be controlled as waves?

Heat is waves of the In/Out dimensions, the same as colour, but colour is
Colour = stationary X/Z to Y/out back to stationary X/Z (which is a reflection)
Heat should be... Y/Out to X/Z to Y/In.. I think.
Cold should be... Y/In to X/Z to Y/Out
Something like that.
