No such thing as Dark Matter. Quantum froth scale, and length between quantum holes determines orbital speed. So those physics that looked wrong in other galaxies were not built from the same structures as our physics in our galaxy. The quantum froth of the Universe can scale. Time doesn't exist, and speed is length of Y between propagating holes.
