If for example the Earth was a holographic test of righteousness, and when you die you either get a pass into Heaven which instantly makes you a Billionaire, or you return to Earth to try again. If that were proven without doubt, then the reward outweighs the misbehaviour. But then the knowledge that is the proof ruins the test. You should realise that there are examples that can be thought about that do not yet exist as religions.
