I'm surprised that it was completely unexpected. My theory has physics that suggest that atoms are built on the fly, and that relativity is the area of least resistance in the direction of orbit through a fractal. So digitally through a grain structure atoms are likely to move around a bit as the area of least resistance is blocked, and unblocked.
