Gravity is a flow of particles from space.
The tree grows up from the ground.
The trunk of the tree is an uprising of holes like a sponge for gravity.
As the trunk fills with gravity, the gravity spins around.
As the gravity fills the trunk, gravity becomes its own obstacle.
Gravity splits off to the sides.
The sponge of the tree splits off with gravity as a bow shock.
The next branch fills with less gravity.
Gravity splits under less pressure.
The next branch is even thinner.
And so on...
