C isn't the speed limit of the Universe C isn't the speed limit of the Universe, C is broken up into chunks with spin delays. A spin delay happens for light. It means that every so often light will stop to spin inside a hole, and that spin slows light down to C. There is some sort of quantum compression happening between each spin hole that makes a crossable distance appear to be instant. Very close to instant. I think that to program the universe physically it is more realistic to pop physics on, and off over a distance, and not care about the speed at all, just make sure that you have spin delays for light.
