All of the spins are bumping together until they all even out, but if they all even out then the Universe will end. There is a protected version of these spins... our galactic black hole. That spin combined with entropy means that all of the quantum spins have to scale upwards to share the scale of the galactic black hole. It's not happening, because the galactic black hole scale is protected in a cyclic rebound effect. It sends out scalar changes in a spiral, but the spiral is a never ending spiral with a rebound effect, and a bar through the centre.
