I have had a sleeping disorder for 40 years, but I remember as a child sleeping upside down in my bed with my head away from the pillow under the blankets. That would point me South, so maybe I should try facing South? My bed currently points me North, and I remembered this habit as a child to face South, so the Big Question is should I face South to sleep?
I looked this up on Google, and there is a lot of information on sleeping South, so I will test this theory out over the next few months.

Ok so 10 days have passed...
Well it's hard to be subjective to be honest. I noticed changes in memory, but that could be placebo effect. I'm sleeping about the same number of hours. With my memory I remembered things from ages less than 4 years old when I used to sleep facing south... like I say that could be placebo.
My feet seem to ache less... placebo?

Three Months!
It didn't help my sleep, but it changed my dreams slightly, because I have regular dreams, and they have changed.
