D-Wave’s Year of Computing
Reminds me of the Male/Female brain analogy. The D-Wave seems to zig-zag all over the sides, and take a result from it's lowest point, which sounds like the female brain, good for multi-tasking. The scientists seem to want a male version targeted at getting an answer as quickly as possible. The test for speed may be unfair if D-Wave is really a better multi-tasking machine. If you want Multi-tasking go for D-Wave, if you want speed for one operation wait for the new Quantum Computers. That is an analogy, it is a guess based on what I am reading combined with the vagueness of the description, and combined with my understanding of wormholes.
