Tattoos shouldn't be a barrier to hiring, says employer advice group
Tattoos can be categorised into art, and psychological traits. Tattoos that are artistic show good character attributes, but some tattoos show psychological flaws as well. Words like 'mother' show a neediness which you wouldn't want in the workplace, obviously 'kill', 'hate' are even worse. If you just look for artistic tattoos you solve most of the problems... a rose, a bird, a pattern not associated with tribal aggression. You have to be careful however.
