Link... Faster computers will find aliens in 20 years, says SETIPincho Says... The most important thing about life is random information. My theory uses time in loops. Loops can most often be dead ends, back to the beginning. Our galaxy is special in creating a lot of randomness in its loops with probably a double spiral, and some sort of drum wave energy on top of that. Our planet Earth has a nice set of variations in its loops created by a spinning magnetic core, twisting out gravity, and then the gravity must go quite random in space, probably due to our tilted axis. So to find a good planet for life, look for a planet with an unusual magnetic field that twists, and spirals. A planet on a tilt, with a spinning magnetic core would be a good start. Pincho Paxton
