FOREWORD: This thread is just an idea, not a proof.
When scientists search for particles they ask a question "Why do particles tend to come in 6's?" My theory of physics is based on Newton's Kissing Number Problem... Kissing number problem I don't use pool balls however, I use gravity collisions. If you imagine the Large Hadron Collider as a compactor of points, then those points will be like pool balls all surrounding a single ball, and you will get averages of 6 points colliding, and so particles will come in 6's. Gravity creates particles in real time with an outflow of magnetism, it is all physics from points where gravity has to escape, and it has 6 exits around a single point in 2D, and 12 exits around a point in 3D. Either way you are in the realm of 6's. The way that these 6's stack creates fractals.
Therefore consciousness would be built from these fractals, and that puts some limits on our thought patterns, which leads me to syncs... What Is A Movie Music Sync Anyway?
I wanted to make a video to show you using some syncs, but they are copyright material. My video would be for educational purposes which drops some of the restrictions, but maybe you could just try the syncs yourself. It is not a good idea to try the Wizard Of Oz sync unless you have the PAL version, and even then it is not a good example of my fractal idea.
Try Nothing But The Sucker Punch... Nothing But The Sucker Punch
or 1000 Forms Of Lucy... 1000 Forms Of Lucy Sync
Using those two syncs as examples you have entire movies that match music, words, actions, and story telling all the way through. The coincidences appear to be fractals, but I'm not sure. The reason that they appear to be fractals is based on lengths, shapes, and angles. The length of a song, the length of a scene, the length of a clip, the timing of events all coincide.
Then there is the Golden Ratio...
You may say that we are now using 5 points, but if you are putting books in a hexagonal bookcase you need a way in, and a way out. The doorway would be the final side of the hexagon, and I am saying that the brain stores information with a way in, and a way out.
So I have covered some of the aspects of shapes, and you may still be confused about time. My theory uses a physical length as time...Quantized Space, Time, And Distance
So time can be included in a fractal, because it is a physical length.
Now we need to look at the stories that match the stories in the music... cause, and effect...
If there is a fire you go to the fire exit, cause, and effect. If a movie has a fire people will move away from it, if a fire is written into a song the writer will think of people moving away from the fire, so the words have a high probability of matching the movie. The writer of the music may have used a fractal to associate the cause with the effect. In that way we can have stories taken from fractals.
A final word then is that we are closer to parrots than we realise, because we may use a quantised fractal to create our thoughts, and actions.
Now go away, and try one of my syncs out to get the full picture.
