Link... Elsie Scully-Hicks: Dad of adopted baby guilty of murderYou have to be very sure about someone being guilty of murder, but what if you have doubts? I think that you have to make the point that you have doubts in their defence. It is most likely that nobody will take any notice of you, but at least you made the point that you have some doubts, and perhaps an innocent person gets a small percentage chance of some help from somewhere. I shall say what I think happened... The gate actually did open. The child actually fell down the stairs. Matthew Scully-Hicks has a voice that doesn't give out powerful emotions, and that is a part of his personality, he hides who he really is, and what he is really feeling. The recovery of the child to the injuries of the fall was not a full recovery, it was a partial recovery. The child died from the incomplete recovery of the fall down the stairs. The "Satan in a babygro" comment is actually quite a common type of humour, the sort of thing that people say nowadays. I see a jury misidentifying the sense of humour, and misidentifying the lack of panic in the voice of Matthew Scully-Hicks. I see an innocent man found guilty... 60/40 in favour of the innocent man. This was a close call that went wrong I think. Pincho Paxton
