This thread isn't just about syncing music to movies, and finding movies that work best. The thread delves into a world where time has collided from past to future. My current set of physics doesn't allow for time to exist, so this theory is more for entertainment purposes than a real theory. It's similar to aliens helping to build the pyramids, it goes into a surreal world of imagination. This thread is why I have a Forum called Strange Theories.
It all goes back to The Wizard Of Oz which syncs perfectly if you use the PAL version of the movie with Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd. Now I say the PAL version, because I have tried both versions, and the PAL version seems to be deliberate, but the NTSC sync is more to do with forcing a square peg into a round hole. The PAL version therefore is what I will be talking about here. So why PAL? I think that Pink Floyd may have had a very early Video Recorder which only studios had at the time, and timed the music to a recording of Wizard Of Oz at PAL speed. Pink Floyd already made music for movies so they may have had this equipment for that reason. These combined elements are called 'The Dark Side Of The Rainbow' see my own trailer of the PAL version here...

So the movie came out first, and the music came out second, and you would expect a deliberate sync to work in that order. But not necessarily!
Disney went on to make Oz The Great And Powerful, and that syncs to Atom Heart Mother by Pink Floyd. Now you can see a purpose here! The purpose is as a tribute to Dark Side Of The Rainbow. So I expect that Disney deliberately made this sync...

But I found a new sync, and this sync was perfect, and there was no reason for it to exist. It has all of the elements of a vision of the future created by Radiohead, and Thom Yorke. The most perfect sync is Wall-E to Kid A, and Amnesiac...
