My theory says that energy of life starts of as an outwards flow, which is spherical, and so it inflates you at the atomic level. At an age around 50 the flow changes to an inwards flow similar to the dimpled golf ball shape of a Bose/Einstein condensate. The inward flow loses pressure around the membrane that wrinkles your skin, and reduces your memory. I also think that an inwards flow requires that you change your diet, and habits.
