Sound Creates Synchronised Spin Pockets
I live in a flat, and living in a flat means that you will get the occasional door slamming at night in your sleep which will wake you up. People coming, and going in other rooms noisily. what I have noticed is that every time I hear a door slam at night it is followed about a minute later by a jolt in my body. Something moves slowly through my matter, and hits my lungs 1 minute later (not being exact here) like a pocket. Or it could be travelling through my brain, and switching on my breathing cycle. But whatever it is, it is synchronised by spin physics. Which would mean that sound contains a set of synchronised spins, like someone spinning plates by creating a wave through bamboo sticks. So waves can synchronise spins. On the sun that may be a sun spot, and in interference patterns that would be your hole/filler physics.

Well, I awarded myself the Pincho prize for this discovery. Well done me!
