The Scale Factor Quantum Relay
Imagine having a remote controlled quantum submarine like in the movie Fantastic Voyage. You can just wander around quantum physics, and examine everything close up. Well 'The Scale Factor Quantum Relay' would be like that, passing a message up to a slightly larger vessel, and that then gets passed along to a bigger vessel, then a bigger vessel. Basically you have a relay race type situation, but in scale. This gradual rise from the depths of quantum physics might cancel out the observer effects.
