A Black Hole Can Burp Out A Dramatic Change On Earth
The resolution of a galaxy is determined by a space froth created from the Galactic Nucleus (some sort of black hole). This froth or grain structure changes by evolving from spins that work like putting your hand on the clay of a potter's wheel. Pressure scales down the fine grain structure, and this even finer grain structure becomes brand new particle physics. physics that never existed before that point! This would be like a dust storm hitting Earth, and would alter evolution. We would adapt to these new physics, but we would change in some way... humans might grow feathers for example. So this is quite a dramatic change on Earth if it happens.
