Jupiter Mystery Solved
Being as all of my models are based on a vertical flow I didn't even know it was a mystery. However, I also have a magnetic collapse in my model which controls the spin as a large flat body, that makes even more sense of the spot. A cross flow collapses over a neutral plain of destructive interference which is like a frictionless plain. The friction that would normally be there is made from holes filled with spinning particles which act like ball bearings, and the ball bearings have neutralised coatings which act like ball bearings around ball bearings, and the whole thing scales down as a fractal quantum.
