This association with a 'good narcissist' seems too familiar to the author, and so do a lot of the other association. It therefore brings me to a conclusion that the writer is a narcissist, and to dig their heels in further they idolized other narcissists in book form to highlight themselves.
I have not seen a leader of a company that I would find agreeable.
