I have always been top at school, and college, but I've never had anyone to challenge me so I don't know if that counts.
But I like watching TV, and have watched it 10 hours a day easily. I've stayed up all night playing computer games for 10's of years.
I walk quite a bit when I'm not watching TV.
I have worked in some mentally demanding jobs. I write computer programs.
I like being on my own, I'm the only person that makes any sense.
I have a sleeping disorder.
I lie in a really strange range in this study.

Likewise at study of 8,300 over 65s by Harvard University found that the loneliest people suffered much faster cognitive decline than those with the most friends, a 20 per cent acceleration over 12 years.
