Einstein's physics aren't quite right, because the maths isn't really quantized, and space is. What I do instead of using simple maths is I create grids in space, and work out the physics per quantum. It changes the bending of spacetime into a 3D model which is no longer a simple bend, it is a scale towards points. It is closer to the old Aether model with sinks, and squirts, and you get fractals from stacked quantized space. Relativity is found in a field of magnetic holes, and the propagation distance between holes is speed, and a bunch of aligned holes is time. These physics allow you to produce speed from space if you can control the placement of quantum holes ahead of an object. So not the bending of spacetime, but quantized to magnetic holes in gravity, more like the shrinking of a sponge.
