Link... Volunteers ate 6000 calories a day to probe cause of diabetesPincho says... I'm not sure about this, but my first choice for a cause would be that as we pass our 50's our energy changes from an out-flow to an in-flow. This reversed energy gets blocked much easier than the out-flow, and sticky things act as blockers. Blockers change energy into destructive interference which reflects energy, and that neutralizes energy. I don't think it's just sugar either, but sticky things like wine, certain cooking oils, and combinations of things. You may notice the effect of such things after 50, and changing your diet early will help. What I do is use sugar when it is not so sticky, like in chocolate, but avoid boiled sweets, avoid wine, and grapes, cut down on salt (Natural salt that matches your PH balance is good.), and avoid white pepper. White Pepper is a fine grain that also bothers this in-flow. Then there are foods that can slightly reverse the symptoms... green apples, and skin, Earl Grey tea (and you can have sugar in it), but remember that this is before you get Diabetes... you are attempting a prevention, and a minor reversal of the cause. I have noticed these things from my own in-flow, so I am using myself as an example, a test subject, but I may not be the standard model. Pincho Paxton
