Link... Placebo Effect Puzzle Has Scientists Scratching Their HeadsPincho says... Knowing Americans... It's the opposite! I mean that the pain medication was not as good as the Americans thought it was in the first place. Americans are all about trying out strange things, and saying how great they are, and in fact American's just say the word 'great!' too often. The average American lives a life of delusions created by Americanisation. It is visible in everything that they do... take football! They turned football into American Football which has rules so loose as I don't even consider it a real game, and I'm a game designer. To turn such loose rules into a game requires that everyone agrees that it's a game, and for everyone to agree that it's a game requires Americanisation. People shouldn't all think as one, individuality is a good thing, but in America it is common for everyone to like Hotdogs, and Baseball. I partly blame this on the state of science as well... that's why I'm here, to fix this trend in liking old science which no longer works. Einstein, and Newton went out of business hundreds of years ago, so why are they still here? Americanisation led to a false belief in the pain medication which was placebo, so now it matches placebo medication... that's Americanisation. Pincho Paxton

Possibility 2...
There is an alternative possibility... The grain structure of the Galaxy breaks down in cycles, which evolves everything. It means that granular convection in humans changes, and granular convection has to do with medication. So if the granular convection of Americans has changed then the placebo medication could have started to work as real medication. It's possible.
